Our House Only rate includes the main house only and will sleep up to 8 guests. This option is not always available and you would be sharing the property with another guest that would rent the Honeymoon suite during your stay. Winter, $1,950 per week* Spring/Fall, $3,400 per week* Summer, $4,900 per week* *7 nights - daily rates available upon request, rates subject to cleaning fee, booking fee, damage waiver and travel insurance available |

Our Honeymoon Suite Only rate includes the private suite and is only available during times when the "whole house" is not rented. The suite includes a fully-equipped kitchen, queen size bed, full size futon, internet access and cable TV Winter, $595.00 per week* Spring/Fall, $750.00 per week* Summer, $995.00 per week* *7 nights - daily rates available upon request, rates subject to cleaning fee, booking fee, damage waiver and travel insurance available |

Check Out time: 10 AM
Cancellation Policy: If a guest cancels, all pre-paid rental payments will become the property of the owner and non-refundable unless the property can be re-rented. If re-rented, the owner will deduct a 25% cancellation fee based on the total rent and will return the balance to the guest.
